OPENING
The
Chairman welcomed all to the meeting and thanked members of the executive
committee and all volunteers who assisted in planning and organizing PAC events
08-09, such as Henry Shield Relay Race, Cross Country Championships, Dowman Road Race, Police Athletics
Championships, Lifeline Express Marathon and Standard Chartered Hong Kong
Marathon. Chairman also expressed
his appreciation to all PAC contestants who had participated in different
sporting events in the past year and made outstanding achievements.
2. The
Chairman also took the opportunity to thank the Webmaster in the professional
management of the PAC website.
3. The
minutes of AGM 2008 were confirmed unanimously with no amendment.

5. The Treasurer
tabled the treasurer’s report as at Annex
‘B’ and was endorsed by the committee. The current asset of the club as
at 2009-03-31 was HK$65,582.86 not including the outstanding HK$40,000
reimbursement from Police Sports Council for Standard Chartered Marathon Force
members running singlets.
ENDORSEMENT OF CONSTITUTION
AMENDMENTS

6. The
meeting unanimously endorsed the amendment of constitution, which resulted in
the addition of two new posts, namely Assistant Treasurer and Assistant
Coodinator for Helpers and one additional Assistant Event Coordinator
(External) and one additional Event Organizer. A copy of the constitution is at Annex ‘C’ .

7. As a
quorum of over 30 members (a total of 45) was present at the meeting, the
election proceeded with the following members elected to the executive
