                The Chairman welcomed all to the meeting.

 

THE CHAIRMAN’S REPORT

 

2.             The Chairman briefed the meeting the above.  A copy of the Chairman’s Report in English and Chinese is at Annex ‘A’.

 

THE TREASURER’S REPORT

 

3.            The Treasurer, Ms LEE Hong-nee tabled the treasurer's report as at Annex ‘B’ and was endorsed by the committee. The current asset of the club as at 2004-03-31 was $49,927.42. The agreed cheque signatories would continue to be the Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Treasurer and Secretary.

 

ELECTION OF COMMITTEE MEMBERS 2004-2005

 

4.            Before the formal election of the committee members, the Chairman showed his great pleasure to have invited Mr CHAU Kwok-leung, Alfie, CSP, who has been a keen sportsman over the years, to join PAC last year and become the Vice Chairman. AMENDMENT TO CHAIRMAN’S REPORT 2004

 

5.            On the delivered Chairman’s Report for PAC AGM 2004, it was proposed by Mr FUNG Wah-tim that an amendment has to be made to page 4, first continued paragraph (English version) about our coach FUNG Wah-tim in which ‘Top athletics coach of the year award’ should be ‘Long Service Award’.

6.             The Chairman gave his special thanks to Mr NG Kai-kwong, Steve, Event Organizer and PTU Representative for this excellent help and conscientious work for the race arrangement. Without his assistance, the PAC races will not have come up into such successes.

 

7.           In addition to the Chairman’s report, it was impossible for him to thank every individual member of the committee for their contribution to PAC. But the Chairman still wish to take this opportunity to send his sincere gratitude to all present and wish them all the best in coming years.

 

ANY OTHER BUSINESS

 

8.             With reference to our Web Master, Mr David HO’s impending retirement next year, the maintenance of his best sports club website has to be handed over to some volunteers. Nominations are welcomed.
